NITRIDE 1/10 G2 is a new generation electronic speed controller for sensored Brushless DC motors.
Using Advanced Cooling Technology based on Aluminium Nitride Ceramic cooler, NITRIDE 1/10 G2 has excellent thermal conductivity and can be used with powerful motors from 4.5 T up.
NITRIDE 1/10 G2 provides a TFT LCD color display allowing very quick and easy adjustment of all parameters, post-race data evaluation, and self-diagnostics without the need for any other interface.
Building on the proven features of the first generation, NITRIDE 1/10 G2 introduces new, innovative features that take RC motor control to a whole new level.
LCD Display
As you are used to by ELCERAM speedos, NITRIDE 1/10 G2 is endowed with the necessary LCD color display. Thanks to this, you can set all the parameters and check all data directly at your ESC, without the need for any programming card or a mobile application. All you need is inside your ESC.
The use is really easy - with 3 buttons you can quickly set anything you need, and one view is enough to check all the parameters necessary for the race. Simply. Quickly. Precisely.
Thanks to the display, you can always have an overview of all the important data and events - before the race, during driving, and after the race. It is really quick to make a change in your settings, and then you have immediate feedback, without any delay caused by connecting a control interface.
NITRIDE 1/10 G2 saves your data from your last race after turning ESC off and enables you to watch it after the next turn on. Take your time and analyze the data at your leisure, whenever you want!
Advanced cooling technology based on an Aluminium Nitride cooler, developed especially for NITRIDE, provides the ESC with excellent thermal conductivity and long-term resistance to high temperatures and loads.
Power MOSFET´s transistors are attached on very thick silver layer with low resistance and high current capability. The silver layer is fired directly on the Aluminium Nitride cooler using a temperature above 850 °C for excellent long-term reliability and thermal shock stability. The power stage - the heaviest component - is all way down.
During production, we use very thick layers of special materials such as silver and copper for very low internal resistance, and the latest technologies inspired by advanced power systems designed and manufactured here in ELCERAM.
Installation of NITRIDE 1/10 G2 is quick and easy - you can stick it to the chassis of your car using the aluminium mounting plate included in the package and double-sided tape. Recommended tape type is 3M GPH-110.
You can also screw NITRIDE directly onto a suitable place on your chassis, ideally with good thermal conductivity.
For highly demanding conditions where a better cooling effect is desired, especially for motors 4.5 T and 5.0 T, we recommend to use passive heatsink or an external FAN. The new Aluminium mounting plate included in the package and also available as an option part ELC022 is already equipped with a FAN holder for quick and easy FAN installation, for example, ELCERAM FAN 2510, available as option part ELC025.
The Aluminium cover and display with buttons are replaceable easily in case of any accident. Both are available as a spare part - ELC023 and ELC024.
